1 Chemical and dielectric FEP Tubing Description

FEP Tubing (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is the preferred material in production of small diameter tubing of continuous lengths. While some temperature resistance is sacrificed with FEP (to 400º F), its chemical and dielectric properties are similar to those of PTFE.

However, it has several properties PTFE does not have. FEP is one of the clearest plastics available on the market and FEP tubing can be supplied in long, continuous coils. Also, it can be welded and tubes can be sealed by melting.

   Our main products include various fiberglass sleeving, silicone tube (especially the platinum

cured silicone tube), PTFE tube, PVC tube, Heat shrinkable tube and so on.

    All our products have obtained theUL and CSA certificates (Cert No: E333178 --UZIQ2,

VW-1 & E333177--UZFT2/8,200C, 600V).Also all our products are in conformance with the

European RoHS requirements. Furthermore, based on European new requiremen ts,

we re-apply and obtained German PFOA and PFOS certificatesand European REACH

report showing that our products do not contain 73 high-risk substances. In Sep.2009, we

successfully passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification,

now ISO14001 system is also pushing.
